The Digital Beach Site Builder is a product of Digital Beach Interactive that is owned and operated out of Santa Barbara County, California USA.

We offer a 24/7 online ticketing system that contacts our support agents and assigns the ticket to be resolved as quickly as possible. Hours of agent support operation: 8AM-5PM PST (UTC-8).

We accept and proccess all major Credit Card payment systems. We do not accept any forms of cash, check or wire-transfer payments.

All websites can be cancelled or taken offline at any time before the next billing cycle to not accrue future payments. Sites will remain published and add-ons will remain active until the end of their subscription. Full Refunds are not issued except in the case of proven technical dificulties or system outages for the duration of service provided. Partial refunds are issued only for the remainder of subscription time left before cacelation.

After cancellation, all accounts will lose access to files uploaded and stored on our servers. Please transfer or save user owned assets from the website before the cancelation of the website deployment. 

All accounts are given a free preview of their site builder website before payment is proccessed. Deactivate or cancel your website deployment to end your subscription billing.
